MAJA DURIAN


Ingredients:

1 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 tbsp glutinous rice flour
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
2 cup sugar
1 (250 ml) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1-1/2 cup cornstarch
3 cup coconut milk
1 cup durian puree or pulp

Procedure:

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, rice flour, butter and sugar. Add cream, cornstarch and 1 cup coconut milk then cook over low heat while continuously stirring. Add durian puree.
  2. Pour on a 9” x 3” pan. Cool until set. Top with toasted coconut curd.
  3. Coconut curd: In a saucepan, simmer 2 cups coconut milk until coconut cream oil separates and coconut cream turns into light gold curd.
