MAGNOLIA MAC AND CHEESE


Ingredients:

1 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1 cup chopped white onions
1 (215 grams) can PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, cubed
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 kg cooked elbow macaroni
2 (185 grams each) packs MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure:

  1. Put butter and onions in a sauce pan and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add luncheon meat and flour. Toss until flour is dissolved.
  3. Add milk and let simmer. Turn off fire and add cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour sauce over macaroni.
Makes 6-8 servings.
