MAGNOLIA CHICKEN POPCORN IN SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE


Ingredients:

1 kilo PUREFOODS CHICKEN POPCORN
cooking oil, for deep-frying

SAUCE:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought)
2 tbsp hot sauce

Procedure:

  1. Deep-fry chicken popcorn according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt Magnolia Gold Butter in a saucepan.
  3. Add barbecue sauce and hot sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and toss in cooked chicken popcorn. Serve immediately.
