MAGNOLIA CHICKEN FRIED WITH FIVE SPICE POWDER


Ingredients:

12 pcs MAGNOLIA CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
2 tbsp five mccornick spice powder
1 tsp canola oil or chinese cooking oil
1 cup SAN MIG LIGHT (optional)
cooking oil
1 bunch fresh parsley
3 tbsp mccornick salt & pepper mixed (Sichuan)
some chopped green onions & coriander leaves

Procedure:

  1. Marinate the chicken with san mig light, five mccornick spice powder for 1 hour.
  2. Heat the Magnolia pure oil for deep frying and deep fry magnolia chicken drumsticks until cooked and golden brown, set on a rack to drain.
  3. In the remaining Magnolia pure oil for deep frying, fry parsley until crispy for about a minute, remove and stain.
  4. Arrange the cooked parsley around the edge of a large serving plate, then place the fried drumsticks in the center.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with the sichuan pepper and mccornick salt .
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves & spring onions.
  7. Serve hot
