MAC AND CHEESE PANCAKE

Ingredients:

4	cups	cooked elbow macaroni
1/4	cup	MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE
1 (200 grams)	pack	MAGNOLIA PANCAKE MIX PLUS, prepare batter according to package directions
2	tbsp	cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

In a bowl combine cooked macaroni, cheese and prepared pancake batter. Mix well.
Heat pan with oil and pour 1/8 cup of the mixture into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

Makes 4 servings. Tip: Best served with MAGNOLIA FRUIT DRINK.
