LUNCHEON MEAT MUSHROOM STEAK


Ingredients:

1 can (340 g) PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT SQUARE, sliced into 9
1/4 cup cooking oil
3 cups water
1 pack (62 g) cream of mushroom soup mix
1 can (284 g) button mushrooms pieces and stems, drained
1 tbsp soy sauce

Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry luncheon meat by batch. Arrange on a platter. Set aside and keep warm.
2. In a saucepan, mix water and mushroom soup mix, and then add mushrooms.
3. Place over medium heat and stir continuously until mixture thickens, for about 5 minutes.
4. Remove from fire and pour over luncheon meat steaks before serving.
 
Makes 9 servings.
(Yield: 9 pc /1 pc per serving)
