Ingredients:
1 | can (340 g) | PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT SQUARE, sliced into 9 |
1/4 | cup | cooking oil |
3 | cups | water |
1 | pack (62 g) | cream of mushroom soup mix |
1 | can (284 g) | button mushrooms pieces and stems, drained |
1 | tbsp | soy sauce |
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry luncheon meat by batch. Arrange on a platter. Set aside and keep warm.
2. In a saucepan, mix water and mushroom soup mix, and then add mushrooms.
3. Place over medium heat and stir continuously until mixture thickens, for about 5 minutes.
4. Remove from fire and pour over luncheon meat steaks before serving.
Makes 9 servings.
