LUNCHEON MEAT MAYO PANDESAL


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (230 g) can PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, sliced into 5 lengthwise
5 tsp MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
5 pc pandesal, sliced in the middle

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat oil then fry luncheon meat slices on each side for about a minute. Drain excess oil on paper towels. Set aside.
  2. Spread every 1 tsp of mayonnaise on one side of pandesal. Add luncheon meat. Cover with half side of pandesal to make a sandwich. Serve.

Makes 5 servings.
