LUNCHEON MEAT CHEESE SPREAD


Ingredients:

1 (230 g) can PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, diced
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE
1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, fry diced luncheon meat in heated oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise and luncheon meat. Mix well. Chill before use.

Makes 18 servings.

(Yield: about 2-1/4 cups/2 tbsp per serving)
