LOW SUGAR CHEESECAKE RECIPE BY CHEF BAMBI SY GOBIO


Ingredients:

CRUST:

1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, melted

FILLING:

3 cups MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE
1 cup sugar substitute
5 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
zest from 2 pc lemons

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham and butter. Press crust mixture onto the bottom of a spring form pan. Set aside.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar substitute until soft and smooth. Slowly add eggs. Stir in cream and lemon zest.
  4. Pour filling onto prepared crust and bake for 1-1/2 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
