LONNGANISA LAING


Ingredients:

3 cups water
30 g water
2 cups (500 ml) coconut milk
1 pack (250 g) PUREFOODS LONGANISA RECADO
1 cup (20 g) malunggay leaves

Procedure:

1. Bring water to boil. Add taro leaves. Once the water is almost absorbed, add coconut milk, longanisa and chili.
2. Mix well until well incorporated. Simmer until slightly thick.
3. Turn off heat and add malunggay leaves. Mix well.

Makes 6 servings.

(Yield: 3 cups/ 1/2 cup per serving)

Tip/s:

Can add chopped sili labuyo for more intense heat.
