LONGGANISA AND CHEESY JAVA RICE


Ingredients:

1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION LONGGANISA
1/4 cup STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
5 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp annatto powder
1 (120 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE PIMIENTO

Procedure:

  1. In a wok, fry longganisa in melted margarine over medium heat for 5 minutes or until fully cooked. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add rice, turmeric, annatto, and Cheezee. Cook for an additional minute or until uniform in color. Serve with longganisa.

Makes 5 servings

(Yield: 5 cups rice/1 cup per serving)
