LONGA MISUA


Ingredients:

1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS LONGANISA RECADO
2 tbsp STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
2 L pork or chicken stock
1 (100 g) pack misua noodles
1 (300 g) pc green papaya, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tbsp patis

Procedure:

  1. Remove longanisa or casserole, from casing and form into 1 inch balls.
  2. In a pot, melt margarine and sauté longanisa over medium heat. Add stock and let simmer. Add noodles and green papaya. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Cook until papaya is tender. Season with patis.
