LEMON CHICKEN LOLLIES


Ingredients:

2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
4 tsp vinegar
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION LOLLIPOPS
1 cup cooking oil for frying

LEMON GLAZE:

1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 tsp sliced lemon peel
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
4 tsp cornstarch

Procedure:

  1. Mix eggs, vinegar, salt, pepper and cornstarch. Add chicken lollipops and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Deep-fry chicken in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Combine ingredients for lemon glaze in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat until slightly thick. Dip chicken lollipops in the sauce.Serve sauce on the side. Serve immediately.
Makes 5 servings.
