LECHON PANDESAL


Ingredients:

1 pack PUREFOODS LECHON KAWALI, deep fried
8 pc large pandesal
1/4 pack MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened
1/2 cup store-bought aioli sauce
1(100 g) pack lettuce
2 pc salad tomatoes, sliced
1 (100 g) pc cucumber, sliced

Procedure:

  1. Slice lechon kawali and set aside.
  2. Slice bread horizontally in the center. Toast bread and spread butter, then aioli on one side of the bread. Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and several slices of pork. Repeat procedure for the rest of the ingredients.
