1 (1 kg) pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS FRIED CHICKEN, cooked according to package directions
1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
1 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish

Korean Sauce

3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 (4 cloves) tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil


  1. In a sauce pan, combine Korean sauce ingredients. Cook over low to medium heat. Let simmer until mixture thickens.
  2. In a large bowl, toss fried chicken in sauce until evenly coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.  

Makes 6 servings.

(Yield: 1 cup sauce)
