KOREAN FIRE CHICKEN WITH CHEESE


Ingredients:

1/2 (5 pc) kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION THIGH FILLETS
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbsp Gochujang paste
2 tbsp sesame oil
3/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 cup GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA

Procedure:

  1. Rub chicken with garlic, Gochujang paste, and sesame oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour. Deep fry in hot oil over medium heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until fillets turn golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  3. Mix the cheese together. Top on chicken while hot.  

Makes 5 servings.

Tip/s:

  • For extra browning bake in an oven toaster for 5 minutes.
