1. Combine all ingredients and mix at low speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl from time to time. Shift to high speed and mix until dough is developed.
2. Divide dough into 60-gram portions and form into balls. Rest for 15 minutes. And then, flattens each dough and cut using a donut cutter.
3. Place on a sheet pan with flour-dusted cheese cloth. Proof for 45 minutes or until double in size.
4. Preheat fryer to 180o C. Fry for 40 seconds on each side. Drain excess oil on paper towels and cool.
5. Choose and make the variations, as desired.
Variations and ingredient needs for each donut:
1. STRAWBERRY DONUT: Split donut into 2 slices lengthwise. Pipe whipping cream and then arrange the strawberry slices (from 2-3 whole strawberries). Cover with half of donut. Pipe a rosette of whipping cream on top. Garnish with fresh strawberry (whole piece or sliced into a fan) and dust with 1/2 tsp donut sugar.
2. BISCOFF DONUT: Pipe whipping cream on top of donut and arrange a piece of Biscoff biscuit. Dust with 1/2 tsp donut sugar.
3. SPRINKLES DONUT: Pipe whipping cream on top of donut and sprinkle with 1-2 tsp assorted candy sprinkles
4. BLACK FOREST DONUT: Split donut into 2 lengthwise. Brush bottom donut with 1-2 tbsp simple syrup. Pipe whipping cream on top and then top with 1-2 tbsp shredded chocolate. Cover with half of donut. Make a rosette of whipping cream on top. Garnish with 1 cherry and dust with 1/2 tsp donut sugar.
5. COOKIES N’CREAM DONUT: Pipe whipping cream on top of donut and arrange a chunky cut of oreo biscuit on top. Dust with 1/2 tsp donut sugar.
6. TOPPING OVERLOAD DONUT: Pipe whipping cream on top of donut and arrange a chunky piece of brownie, oreo cookie, and 1/2 tbsp colored milk chocolate candy. Drizzle all over with 1 tbsp caramel sauce.

Tip/s
- Stop the mixer when the dough cleanly pulls away from the sides of bowl.
- To prevent deforming the donuts, place on pre-cut baking paper before proofing and drop in hot oil together with the baking paper. Take out paper that comes off during frying.
