1 (200 g) pack HOFAN noodles, cooked according to packaging directions
1 (200 g) pack store bought firm tofu
1 (500 g) pack COOK EXPRESS KOREAN BEEF STEW, reheated according to packaging directions
4 cups beef stock
1 cup bean sprouts
1 (200 g) head Chinese cabbage, chopped
2 (20 g each) stalks onion leek, white portion sliced and the green portion sliced sliced thinly lengthwise and submerged in iced water until curled


  1. In a pot, add beef stock, noodles, and tofu. Simmer for 5 minutes under medium heat or until noodles are cooked. Transfer to a serving pot.
  2. Pour beef stew and top with bean sprouts, cabbage and onion leeks. 
  3. Serve with Kimchi.

Makes 4-5 servings 

Yield: 1 cup broth, 5 cups solids 


Tip/s: Option to add more beef stock for a soupier noodle dish.
