JELLYACE SALAD


Ingredients:

30 pc JELLY ACE FRUITEEZ ASSORTED
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1 tsp store-bought vanilla powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin

Procedure:

  1. Prepare 15 shot glasses. Remove jelly ace from packaging and put 2 in each shot glass. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile combine cream, vanilla and sugar in a saucepan. Heat to scalding, remove from heat then let stand for about 30 minutes.
  3. Pour milk into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin on the surface. Set aside to soften. Heat milk to dissolve gelatin then stir in cream mixture. Heat to scalding while stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Strain mixture while pouring into molds. Chill to set.
Makes 15 servings.
