ISLAND PULLED PORK RICE


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA PURE OIL
1 (50 g) pc red onion, chopped
1 (50 g) pc red bell pepper, chopped
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS PULLED PORK ASIAN STYLE
2 (115 g) pack pineapple tidbits, drained and reserve syrup
2 cups white rice
1 pc chicken bouillon cube, diluted in 1 liter of water
1 tbsp chopped green onions

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, bell pepper, pulled pork, pineapple.
  2. Put rice and continue to cook for 3 minutes until lightly dry.
  3. Add chicken stock and syrup bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until cook.
  4. Top cooked rice with green onion.
Makes 6 servings.
