Ingredients:

1/2 kg MONTEREY COUNTRY-STYLE LIEMPO
1/4 tbsp iodized fine salt
1/4 cup cane vinegar
1/4 tbsp white sugar
1 (50 g) pc red onion, minced
1 (20 g) pc ginger, minced
1 pc salted egg, chopped
1 pc siling labuyo, minced

Procedure:

  1. Season liempo with salt and grill for 5 minutes on each side until cooked. Set aside.
  2. Chop into 1/2 inch pieces and place in a bowl.
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
