ICED COFFEE WITH CHEESE FOAM


Ingredients:

8 (20 g each) packs SAN MIG ORIGINAL 3-in-1 COFFEE
4 cups hot water
4 cups ice cubes

Cream Cheese Foam

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SPREAD MILKY WHITE
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM, chilled overnight
3 tbsp powdered sugar

Procedure:

  1. Dissolve coffee in hot water. Set aside.
  2. In 4 large glasses, add 1 cup ice and 1 cup coffee. Top with cream cheese foam to the brim.
  3. To make the cream cheese foam, combine milky white spread, cream and powdered sugar. Whisk until double in volume. Keep chilled until ready to use.

Makes 4 servings

(Yield: 4 cups)

  • Keep cheese foam in a separate container and scoop as needed. Whip just before using.
  • Use a wire whisk if a mixer is not available.
