HUMBA PAO


Ingredients:

1 pack (450 g) PUREFOODS READY-TO-EAT PORK HUMBA, thawed out in the chiller
6 pc store-bought cua pao, reheated according to package directions
6 tbsp (52 g) chopped peanuts
1 bundle (14 g) coriander (wansoy) leaves, use tender leaves only (3 tbsp)

Procedure:

  1. Slice humba into 1/4 inch thick slices. Reheat in a pan with the sauce.
  2. Assemble by placing a few slices of humba in the pao and drizzling with humba sauce. Serve with peanuts and coriander.

Makes 6 servings.
(Yield: 6 pc/1 pc per serving)
