HOTSILOG BURRITO


Ingredients:

1/4 cup STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
5 cups cooked rice
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1/8 cup (24 g) frozen mixed vegetables
5 pc (208.3 g) PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS CLASSIC
5 pc store-bought 12-inch flour tortillas (large)

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons margarine. Stir fry rice until well coated.
  2. Make a well in the center of the rice and add eggs, cook scrambled and mix until well distributed. Add vegetables and cook for 2 more minutes. Set aside.
  3. Cook hotdogs in remaining margarine. Set aside.
  4. Assemble by placing a cup of the mixture at the bottom part of the wrap. Put a hotdog in the middle of the rice mixture. Fold the sides to seal and roll.

Makes 5 servings
