HOTSILOG BURRITO


Ingredients:

1/4 cup (45 g) (45 g) STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
5 cups cooked rice
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1/8 cup (24 g) frozen mixed vegetables
5 pc (208 g) PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS CLASSIC
5 pc store-bought 12-inch flour tortillas (large)

Procedure:

1. In a pan or wok, melt 3 tbsp of margarine. Add rice and stir-fry for a few minutes.
2. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Let cook until almost set, and then scramble. Mix with with rice mixture, and then add mixed vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes more. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add remaining margarine and cook hotdogs. Set aside.
4. To assemble, on each flour tortilla, place a cup of rice mixture and hotdog on top. Fold sides and snugly roll. Wrap in aluminum foil.
