HOTDOGS ALA GAMBAS


Ingredients:

1/3 cup MAGNOLIA DARI CRÈME CLASSIC
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 pc seeded and sliced green finger chili
1 (230 g) pack PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG CLASSIC, sliced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp tomato sauce
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. In a frying pan, melt margarine. Saute garlic and chili peppers.
2. Add sliced hotdogs and mix well. 3. Add parsley and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for another minute. 4. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Makes 3-4 servings.
