Ingredients:
1 | pack (550 g) | MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS SPICY FRIED CHICKEN, cooked according to package directions |
2 | tbsp | cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water |
1/2 | cup (168 g) | honey |
2 | tbsp | soy sauce |
1 | tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | pc (13 g) | calamansi, juice squeezed (1/2 tbsp) |
1/2 | tbsp | sesame oil |
1 | thumb (8 g) | ginger, grated |
Procedure:
1. In a pan, combine glaze ingredients and simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add cornstarch mixture while stirring continuously until sauce thickens
3. Toss in chicken until well coated.
Makes 3 to 5 servings.
(Yield:3-5 pc chicken & 1/2 cup sauce/1 pc chicken & 1-1/2 to 2 tbsp sauce per serving)
