HONEY-BRINED SPICY CHICKEN


Ingredients:

5 pcs MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION LEG QUARTERS

Brine:

2 tbsp iodized fine salt
1/2 cup honey
1 liter warm water
1 tbsp chili powder

Procedure:

  1. Make brine by combining 1 tablespoon of salt, 1/4 cup honey, water and 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder. Mix until well. Soak chicken in brine and chill overnight.
  2. In a preheated turbo broiler or oven set to 350°F, roast chicken for 15 minutes. Brush both sides with remaining honey and roast for an additional 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining chilli powder and serve.
