HERB CRUSTED BEEF


Ingredients:

1/2 cup mustard
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp dried thyme
1/2 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp crushed peppercorns
2 kg MONTEREY BEEF CAMTO WHOLE, boiled
1 cup store bought gravy (you may also search for "Classic Gravy" in our recipes section)

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine mustard, rosemary, thyme, oregano, paprika and crushed peppercorn. Mix evenly.
  3. Apply mustard mixture on the beef and cook in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Slice cooked beef and pour gravy before serving.

Makes 5 servings.
