Ham Mangga


Ingredients:

1 kg PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM

Glaze

1-1/2 cup mango juice
1 cup sugar
3 bunch cloves
1 pc cinnamon bark
1 pc laurel leaf
walnuts, ripe mango slices for garnishing

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven at 375 °F.
  2. Place ham in an oven-proof container. Set aside.
  3. Combine all the ingredients. Mix well until sugar particles are completely dissolved. Pour on ham and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, basting with marinade 3 to 4 times. Place baked ham in a serving platter and garnish with walnuts and other fruits (as desired). Boil extra marinade until thick. Serve.
