HAM AND CHEESE PLATTER


Ingredients:

1 kg PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, half thinly sliced, half cubed
1 (350 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA, sliced into cubes
1 (350 g) pack MAGNOLIA GOLD EDAM CHEESE, sliced into wedges
dried prunes
dried apricots
toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
toasted pistachio kernels

Procedure:

  1. Fold ham slices by laying flat one slice of ham on a plate. Fold the bottom part of the ham before the center then fold left and right sides to the center. Secure with toothpicks and do the same for the rest of the ham slices.
  2. In a serving platter, arrange cubed hams, folded sliced hams, cubed cheese and cheese wedges. Garnish with dried prunes, dried apricots, toasted walnuts and toasted pistachios. Serve immediately.
Makes 20 to 25 servings.
