HAM AND CHEEZEE BUNS


Ingredients:

1-1/2 tbsp dry yeast
2 cup lukewarm water
1 tbsp sugar
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
6-3/4 cup bread flour
1 tbsp iodized fine salt
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/4 tbsp dough improver
1/3 cup STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SPREAD
1/2 cup chopped PUREFOODS DELI FARMERS HAM
1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers

Procedure:

  1. Combine yeast and water in a bowl. Add sugar and mix until yeast is completely dissolved. Add eggs and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the dry ingredients. Combine the 2 mixtures until all dry ingredients are well moistened. Add half part of margarine to dough and knead.
  3. When dough becomes easy to handle, add remaining margarine and continue kneading until dough becomes elastic. Ferment for 30 minutes.
  4. Punch down dough and divide into 60 grams each then let rest. Flatten dough with a rolling pin and spread 1-1/2 tablespoons of Cheezee spread and sprinkle chopped ham and bell peppers.
  5. Roll and proof for 1 hour. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
