GRILLED TANIGUE STEAK WITH BARBECUE SAUCE


Ingredients:

1 (225 g) bar DARI CRÉME CLASSIC, melted
2 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup calamansi juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 kg tanigue steak slices or seafood of choice

Procedure:

  1. Combine half of melted margarine, soy sauce, brown sugar, calamansi juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and oyster sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Cook fish on griller or over hot coals. Brush mixture on the fish while grilling.
  3. Brush with remaining margarine just before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
