GRIDDLE PAN WAFFLES WITH BACON AND EGGS


Ingredients:

1 (400 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE AND BAKING MIX, mix according to package directions
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS BACON CLASSIC HONEYCURED
2 tbsp cooking oil
5 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS

Procedure:

  1. Cook bacon in a hot griddle pan until crispy. Set aside.
  2. In the same griddle, pour 1/4 cup of the pancake and waffle batter. Cook until both sides are golden brown. Repeat procedure with the rest of the batter.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet, fry eggs and set aside.
  4. To assemble, top each waffle with bacon and fried eggs.
Makes 5 servings. (Yield: 10 pc pancakes/ 2 pc per serving)
