GREEN TEA MILK COLOR WITH PEARLS


Ingredients:

2 cups water
3 tbsp green tea powder
2 cups MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
1/3 cup honey
200 grams ice cubes
100 g store-bought tapioca or sago

Procedure:

  1. Bring water to a boil. Add green tea, milk and honey. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a blender with ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Scoop some tapioca in a glass. Pour in green tea mixture. Serve cold.
 
Makes 2-3 servings.
