GRAVY FRIES


Ingredients:

1/2 kg store-bought frozen French fries
2 cups cooking oil for deep-frying
1 pack (115 g) MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE

MILK GRAVY

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 cup DARI CREME MARGARINE CLASSIC
2 cups MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper

Procedure:

1. In a pot, deep-fry French fries in hot oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels. Set aside and keep warm.
2. In a non-stick saucepan, toast flour until lightly browned.
3. Add margarine and mix until melted.
4. Whisk in milk and let simmer until mixture slightly thickens.
5. Add liquid seasoning and pepper.
6. Transfer French fries to a serving plate.
7. Pour gravy over fries and then drizzle with cheese spread. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
