GRANOLA BUTTERSCOTCH BARS


Ingredients:

3/4 cup + 3 tbsp condensed milk
1 (225 g) pack MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp water
1 (1 kg) pack SMMI MIX ‘N BAKE COOKIE BAR MIX
2 cups store-bought granola

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (350°F). Line a 9x13 inch pan with baking/parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Place all liquid ingredients in a bowl fitted with paddle attachment and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl from time to time.
  3. Shift to low speed and add cookie bar mix and mix for 1 minute.
  4. Add granola and mix for 1 minute.
  5. Place mixture in the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
