GRANNY'S PANCAKES


Ingredients:

1 cup + 6 tbsp MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch baking soda
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
3/4 cup MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, melted

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt until well blended.
  2. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in butter.
  3. Heat a griddle or nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour approximately 1/2 cup of the mixture onto hot pan and cook until bubbly and invert to cook other side.
  4. Serve immediately with butter cut-outs and maple syrup.
Makes 5 servings.
