GRAHAM CRISPY TREATS
|| white mini-marshmallows
|| STAR MARGARINE SWEET BLEND
|1 (220 g)
|| LA PACITA GRAHAM CRACKERS, coarsely chopped
|| melted milk chocolate
- Brush a 10 inch x 10 inch baking pan with margarine. Set aside.
- In a bowl, place marshmallows with margarine and microwave for 1 minute. If using a stove, mix over low heat for 5 minutes until melted.
- Mix well and fold in rice crispies. Transfer into pan and flatten surface. Drizzle with melted chocolate and let it cool down.
- Unmold and cut into 15 2 inch x 1 inch bars.
Makes 15 servings.
