GRAHAM CRISPY TREATS


Ingredients:

1/4 kg white mini-marshmallows
3 tbsp STAR MARGARINE SWEET BLEND
1 (220 g) pack LA PACITA GRAHAM CRACKERS, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp melted milk chocolate

Procedure:

  1. Brush a 10 inch x 10 inch baking pan with margarine. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, place marshmallows with margarine and microwave for 1 minute. If using a stove, mix over low heat for 5 minutes until melted.
  3. Mix well and fold in rice crispies. Transfer into pan and flatten surface. Drizzle with melted chocolate and let it cool down.
  4. Unmold and cut into 15 2 inch x 1 inch bars.

Makes 15 servings.
