GOOEY DOUBLE DUTCH ICE CREAM SANDWICH


Ingredients:

8 pc (264 g) chocolate chip cookies
1/2 cup (148 g) chocolate spread
4 scoops MAGNOLIA GOLD LABEL ICE CREAM DOUBLE DUTCH
1/2 cup (100 g) sprinkles/nuts

Procedure:

1. Arrange cookies with flat surface up on a tray.
2. Apply chocolate spread on surface of cookies (about 1 tbsp each).
3. On half of cookies, place a scoop of ice cream.
4. Cover with another cookie to make sandwiches and then roll in sprinkles or nuts.
5. Freeze or consume immediately.
