Ingredients:
1 | tbsp | cooking oil |
1 | pc (50 g) | onion, cubed |
1 | pack (250 g) | MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS ALL AROUND GINILING |
1/2 | tbsp | soy sauce |
1-1/2 | tbsp | oyster sauce |
1 | pc (150 g) | potato, cubed |
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry potato, for about 10 minutes. Set aside and then sauté onion, garlic and chicken.
2. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Let simmer.
3. Add potato back and cook until potato is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
(Yield: 1-1/2 cups/1/3 cup per serving)
