GINILING GUISADO


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 pc onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 kg MONTEREY GROUND PORK
1 (200 g) pack tomato ketchup
1 pc potato, peeled and cubed
1 pc green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add ground pork. Sauté meat until brown.
  3. Add tomato ketchup. Let simmer then add potato. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until potato is tender.
  4. Add bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another minute.

Makes 5 servings.
