GINATAANG ADOBONG MANOK SA LUYANG DILAW

Procedure:

  1. In a deep pan, heat oil and sauté luyang dilaw, onion and garlic.
  2. Add chicken and stir until golden brown.
  3. Add coconut milk, chicken stock, and green papaya.
  4. Cover pot and simmer until chicken and papaya become tender.
  5. Add siling sigang, vinegar and coconut cream.
  6. Season with salt, patis, and pepper.
  7. Continue simmering until coconut cream turns into a thick sauce.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
