GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMPS


Ingredients:

1/2 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
8 cloves (40 g) garlic, chopped
1/2 kg (about 14-16 pc) shrimp
1/2 cup lemon lime soda
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 stalk (15 g) parsley, chopped

Procedure:

1. Melt margarine in a pan and sauté garlic.
2. Add shrimps. Adjust heat to high, and then add the lemon lime soda. Cook until shrimps turn orange in color.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust seasonings as needed. Sprinkle with parsley if desired. 

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 16 pc/4 pc per serving)

 

Tip/s:

  • To make dish with an oriental twist, add 2-3 tbsp oyster sauce.
  • For texture and strong garlicky taste, garnish with more toasted garlic on top.
