FUNNEL TWIRLS ALA MODE


Ingredients:

1 (480 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS WITH STRAWBERRY SYRUP
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 cup cooking oil for deep-frying
MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA
colored candy sprinkles for topping

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine pancake mix, cornstarch and water. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Heat oil. Place mixture in a squeeze bottle. Drizzle pancake mixture in egg rings or molds. Cook until golden brown. Drain oil and transfer to a serving dish.
  3. Sandwich a scoop of ice cream with funnel cakes then drizzle with strawberry syrup and candy sprinkles.
Makes 10-12 servings.
