FRIED LUNCHEON MEAT IN EGG


Ingredients:

1 (230g) can PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, sliced into 5 lengthwise
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten
3 tbsp cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Dip luncheon meat slices in beaten egg then fry in heated oil for about 1 minute on each side, or until lightly crispy. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

Makes 2 to 3 servings
