FRIED CHICKEN WITH KATSU SAUCE


Ingredients:

1 pack (1 kg) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS FRIED CHICKEN, cooked according to package directions

Sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup tomato ketchup

Procedure:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients.
2. Serve with cooked chicken.

Makes 6 servings.
(Yield 6 pc chicken & about 2/3 cup sauce/1 pc chicken & 1-1/2 tbsp sauce per serving)

Note/s:

  • To cook MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS READY-TO-COOK FRIED CHICKEN: Thaw chicken. Heat 1-2 cups of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Coat marinated chicken with breading and deep-fry in preheated oil for 12-15 minutes or until cooked.
