FRIED BURGER PACKETS


Ingredients:

1 (400 g) pack CHEF’S SELECTION VALUE CHICKEN BURGER PATTY, cooked according to package directions and then cut in half
16 pc small lumpia wrappers
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
350 g cabbage, shredded
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, sliced into 16 pieces
2 cups cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Place every half of patty in the center of each lumpia wrapper. Add a tea spoon of mayonnaise then a portion of shredded cabbage and cheese. Fold snugly and seal edges of lumpia wrapper with water.
  2. Deep fry burger packets in hot oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil. Serve burger packets with ketchup or sweet chili sauce.

Makes 8 servings
(Yield: 16 pc/2 pc per serving)
