FRESH LUMPIA A LA KING


Ingredients:

10 pc Vietnamese rice papers
5 pc Romaine or lollo ross lettuce, cut into two

Filling

1 (100 g) bar MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1/4 cup chopped white onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
2 cups cubed MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS
1 pc chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp iodized rock salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 cup MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK

Procedure:

  1.   In a frying pan, put butter, onions, celery, bell peppers, and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken, bouillon cube, salt, pepper and stir until chicken changes color. Add flour then milk. Stir until simmering.
  2.  Dip rice paper in water for a few seconds to soften. Put on a plate or chopping board. Top with lettuce and 1/3 cup of filling. Fold top and sides and roll tightly. Arrange on a serving platter.
Makes 5 servings.
