FRENCH TOASTS


Ingredients:

4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA PUREFRESH MILK
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
8 pc sliced bread
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp DARI CREME BUTTERMILK, softened
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

Procedure:

  1. Beat eggs and milk together. Add vanilla, sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix then set aside.
  2. Melt 1 tbsp margarine in a pan over low heat. Dip a piece of bread in the egg mixture. Place bread in pan and cook until light brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
  3. To serve, spread some softened margarine on toasts and drizzle or serve syrup on the side.

Makes 4 servings.
