FRANKS WRAPPED IN CREPES


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM VEGETABLE OIL
1 (165 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
3/4 cup store-bought pork floss
1 (500 g) pack PUREFOODS DELI GERMAN FRANKS, sliced

Crepe

1-1/4 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1-1/4 cups MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, melted

Procedure:

  1. Mix all crepe ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk, then strain into another bowl. Chill covered to rest batter for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a 6-inch non-stick crepe pan over medium heat. Brush lightly with oil.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter on to the pan and swirl. Sprinkle some cheese and pork floss. When crepe leaves sides of pan, slide onto 4x4 inch wax paper. Repeat.
  4. To assemble, put slices of franks on one side of the crepe. Roll to make a cone with cheese and pork floss out.
Makes 12 servings.
